Part-Time Position Overview:
To support the accounting, operations, marketing, and leasing teams and to fulfill reception desk and customer service duties for a Regional Shopping Center.
Supervision Received:
This position reports to the General Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Assist various property management departments in their day-to-day activities.
• Handle insurance reports; process the reports to the insurance company; provide any follow up on inquiries.
• Contractor Insurance Compliance: Ensure that all contractors have current insurance certificate on file; contact contractor or contractor's insurance carrier if necessary to obtain valid
certificate.
• Assist General Manager and Senior Administrative Assistant as needed on administrative tasks.
• Perform receptionist and customer service functions.
o Greet Tenants and Customers at Management Office.
o Answer incoming phone calls.
o Assist at Information Booth and train.
• Guest Services
o Update guest services manual for mall on an annual basis.
o Review monthly staffing schedules with the marketing manager according to holidays, events, and center traffic trends.
o Monitor Information Center expenses.
o Interact with customers in the selling of gift cards, and stroller and wheelchair rental.
o Complete daily shift reports and keep track of monies in the register.
o Assist with customer complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
